Welcome to Vendors in the Vines! Before adding event dates to your cart, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process:
No Acceptance Email Required:
This event operates like a farmer’s market—no application approval is necessary. If you sign up, we’ll be expecting you, so there’s no need to wait for a confirmation email.Multi-Date Discount:
Add 4 or more event dates to your cart and use code VV2025 at checkout to receive 20% off your vendor fees.Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final, and vendor fees are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer to a different date (subject to availability).Vendor Perk: Each vendor receives 2 drink tickets to be used on River Bend wine, cocktails, or mocktails.
Booth Information
Setup for November:
The November event will be held inside a spacious, heated tent. Each vendor is provided with a 6ft x 2ft table. Many vendors enhance their displays by bringing shelving or vertical stands to showcase more items effectively.Indoor Spaces:
Limited indoor spaces may be available upon request. Please note that outdoor spaces typically provide better visibility, as most customers gather on the vineyard lawn during the summer months.To request an indoor booth, email andrea@riverbendwinery.com.
Electricity
A limited number of electrical spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Vendors must supply their own extension cords.
